Mildred was celebrating her 80th birthday. Her oldest son sent her a bottle of fine perfume. Her middle son sent her a designer scarf. Her youngest son, realizing that her vision had deteriorated, sent her an amazing parrot who was able to recite all of תהילים by heart. When the three boys came to visit, she thanked them all for being so considerate, but said “At my age, I really don’t need perfume or a new scarf, but the chicken was delicious.”
