A חסיד who had come to see רבי חנוך הניך of אלכסנדר was told “You know that there are rumors that you went to a מקום עבירה?” The חסיד responded: “חלילה וחס. The rumors are completely false. I can truly say אשרי מי שחושדין ואין בו.” The רבי replied: “It would be better if you weren’t the subject of rumors and your motto was אשרי יושבי ביתך.”
