A man brought fabric to a tailor.  “Do I have enough goods here for a suit?” he asked.  The tailor measured the material and said: “No. It will never do. There just isn’t enough.”  The man went with the material to the tailor across the street.  He too measured the fabric and assured the customer that in fact it was enough.  When the man came to get his suit, he was amazed to see that the tailor’s little boy was wearing a suit made out of the same material as his own. “I don’t understand,” he said.  “The tailor across the street said there wasn’t enough material to make a suit, but you had enough material not only for a suit for me, but also one for your little boy.”  “Well,” replied the tailor, “the material was enough for me.  But it would never do for the other tailor.  He has two boys.”
