A young man seduced a girl and she became pregnant, giving birth to a son.  By the time of the ברית מילה, he was long gone.  The mother didn’t know what name to give the infant.  רבי שלום הלוי, the מגיד, was there and asked what was the name of the father.  שמעיה, he was told.  The מגיד suggested that the child be named יקום פורקן.  Everyone was surprised to hear such a suggestion.  What kind of name is that?  The מגיד responded:  “It is expressly written יקום פורקן מן שמעיה.”
