A husband and wife came to a רב for a גט.  But they couldn’t agree as to who would have custody of and raise their only child.  The רב suggested that they go home and return in a year when they will have a second child.  That way each of them will get one of the children.  The husband asked: “But רבי, what if we have twins?”  The wife replied: “רבי, look who’s talking about twins.  If I relied on him, we wouldn’t have had even one child.”
