When a man drowned at the beach in Tel Aviv, his wife came and said: “That’s my husband.” When asked what סימן she had, she said he was a stutterer. Those present, including a תם, laughed. When asked why he was laughing, the תם responded: “Why, is there only one stutterer in Tel Aviv?”
