In blessing the new month, we ask שתתן לנו חיים ארוכים חיים של טובה חיים של ברכה, but when we get to יראת שמים the לנו disappears and we say חיים שיש בהם יראת שמים. Apparently, we pray that “they” should have יראת שמים.
