מגילה יז

When רבי יעקב of ראדזמין arrived in a certain city, a large crowd of חסידים gathered to give him שלום and to get his ברכה. One man shoved and elbowed threw the crowd to get close to the רבי. Seeing this, the רבי said to him לך לכל הרוחות. The חסיד was shaken, tears coming to his eyes. Thinking that he may have been too harsh, רבי יעקב consoled him. “There is no need for you to take my words so badly,” he said. “After all, this is the ברכה of יעקב. He said ופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה.”
