He’s שותק על המידה. If only he would be a בקי במלאכת השחיטה.״ The רבי responded: “שותק עדיף משוחט. שכן שוחט, לא תמיד שחיטתו כשירה. ואילו שותק, שתיקתו תמיד כשירה.”
