A רב was once asked why the poor are blessed with many children and the wealthy are blessed with money. He replied: “In both cases it comes from Heaven. The עשיר, who doesn’t have the same money worries, takes his time in concluding שבת and when he says זרענו ובכספנו ירבה כחול, he is told: זרע כבר אין לנו. Your poor brethren already took it. Take money.”
