A רבי stayed at an inn. As he was about to leave in the morning, the innkeeper said: “רבי, I’m not letting you leave without giving me a ברכה. Another צדיק was here last week and he also gave me a ברכה.” The רבי responded: “If you already have his ברכה, why do you need mine?” The innkeeper replied: “It’s like my גוי says: two horses are better than one.”
