The city of Brody had a blind חזן. One day, ר׳ הירש צוקר asked him: “I pray from a large מחזור and still mispronounce words at times, but you pray without even a small מחזור and never make a mistake. How come?” The blind חזן answered: “Its בפירוש written: ואין מחזור ליראיו.”
