There are three kinds of שמשים in the world, said ר׳ וועלוועלע ביאליסטאקער, who suffered from his שמש.  There is the שמש who is like חנוכה candles and burns out.  There is the שמש who is like ציצית and gets tangled up in knots.  And then there is my שמש, who just keeps on going.  He doesn’t get burned out and doesn’t get tangled up and he can’t be gotten rid of.
