How is it that we are permitted to steal the אפיקומן? The answer appears in Chullin 109, which says כל דאסר לן רחמנא, שרא לן כוותיה. The תורה states לא תגנבו and in turn permitted the מנהג on ליל הסדר to steal the אפיקומן.
