A חסיד spoke of the greatness of his רבי and the miracles he performed. Seeing that a skeptic smiled, the חסיד said “Do you doubt my word? Don’t you believe the words of חז״ל that צדיק גוזר והקדוש ברוך הוא מקיים?” The skeptic replied: “For me, it’s a greater miracle שהקדוש ברוך הוא גוזר והאדם מקיים.”
