Boruch walked into shul with a dog. The שמש immediately came over to him and told him “This is a shul. You can’t come in here with your dog.” “Why not?” Boruch asked. “He’s a Jewish dog and knows how to daven. Look, he has a tallis around his neck.” Turning to his dog, Boruch says “Kelev, daven for me.” The dog gets up on his hind legs and barks “woof, woof.” He grabs a siddur, rocks from side to side and begins to pray. “That’s incredible,” says the שמש. “This dog is worth millions. You should get him to perform on TV and in the movies.” “You talk to him,” says Boruch. “He wants to be a doctor.”
