A powerfully built New Jersey restaurant owner was so confident of his strength that he would squeeze a lemon dry and offer a $1,000 reward for anyone who could squeeze even another drop out of the lemon. Many tried and they all failed. One day, Shimon, who looked like a 99 pound weakling, came into the restaurant and said he wants to give it a try. The diners laughed, but the restaurant owner handed him the shriveled lemon and said be my guest. The laughter turned to gasps and cheers as Shimon gripped the rind, clenched his fingers around the lemon, and managed to squeeze out two more drops. Handing Shimon $1,000 in cash, the amazed restaurant owner asked him “What do you do for a living?” Shimon replied: “I’m a fund raiser for the United Jewish Appeal.”
