Rebbi נחמן מברסלב said that even a person busy trying to earn a living needs to steal the time to learn תורה. When חז״ל said that a person is asked “קבעת עתים לתורה?” the word קבע is לשון גזילה. As משלי כ״ב states: וקבע את קובעיהם נפש.
