A רב went to a Reform rabbi’s house one afternoon and saw him dozing without a kippa. The רב told the rabbi’s attendant: “The הלכה is with him, since he is now doing a mitzvah: שינת רשעים הנאה להם והנאה לעולם. Therefore, he is פטור from covering his head because העוסק במצוה פטור מן המצוה.”
