A customer who purchased a watch returned with it to the store the next day, complaining that it wasn’t keeping proper time. The storekeeper took the watch, shook it from side to side and up and down and returned it to the customer. “It will work fine now.” Sure enough, the customer returned the next day and again complained that the watch wasn’t keeping time. The storekeeper once again shook it from side to side and up and down and said it’s working now. The customer said: “Take it back. I bought a watch, not a לולב and אתרוג.”
