Two עניים met the day after פורים. One said with great joy that המן bestowed a great שמחה upon them because they were the recipients of מתנות לאביונים. The other עני responded: “Don’t get carried away with your שמחה. Before you know it, all the money we got because of המן will be spent because of פרעה הרשע. It’s only a month until פסח.”
