The word בקחתו appears twice in תנ״ך.  Once in פרשת תולדות, when it says ויהי יצחק בן ארבעים שנה בקחתו את רבקה.  And once in ירמיהו, when it says בקחתו אותו והוא אסור באזיקים, when he was bound in chains.  Rav יהודה אריה of Modena was quoted as saying that after a person is מקיים the first בקחתו by marrying, he is automatically bound in chains and is מקיים the second בקחתו.
