Two litigants came before רבי משה יצחק of Ponovitz, asking him to resolve their dispute as to who had the rights to a particular grave in the cemetery.  After listening to the parties, the רבי declared: whoever dies first will get the plot.  From then on, neither one insisted that the plot belongs to him.
