סוטה יח

Three newly married men went to a רב to ask that he bless them to have children. The רב asked the first one where he lives. קרית ארבע he replied. “השם shall grant you four children,” the רב said. He then asked the second one where he lives. קרית שמונה he replied. “השם shall grant you eight children,” the רב said. Hearing this, the third man began to run. “Why is he leaving?” the רב asked. “He lives in מאה שערים,” the other two responded.
