What is נח doing in the מגילה?  The מגילה in פרק 9 פסוק 17 says ונוח on the fourteenth.  The story of how he got there is amazing!  When המן decided to build a gallows 50 amos tall, he searched all of Shushan but could not find anything that tall.  Determined in his mission, המן traveled to Ararat to locate the תיבה, which he knew was so large that surely he would find a beam 50 amos long.  As fate would have it, המן not only found the תיבה but also נח napping on its deck.  Being the רשע that he was, המן detached a 50 foot long beam and prepared to haul it back to Shushan.  Suddenly, נח awoke, saw what was happening and grabbed the other end of the beam.  It was an historic tug of war.  But המן being younger and stronger kept pulling and pulling until he got נח into the מגילה.
