An עם הארץ published a commentary on the חומש and brought it to a רב for a הסכמה.  After reviewing it, the רב quickly concluded that it was a worthless piece of work.  “Such brilliance, such a great idea,” he said.  “You really think so?” the עם הארץ asked.  “Yes,” the רב responded.  “It was a brilliant idea to publish your commentary together with the חומש. That way, no one can throw it in the garbage.”
