R’ אברהם יעקב פרידמן of Sadigurah observed that a person can learn דרך הקודש from the train, the telegraph, and the telephone. The train teaches that a person must be זריז and not be late even a moment, because, as the saying goes, even if you’re just a minute late, you’ve missed the train. The telegraph teaches that a person should not speak even an extra word לבטלה because כל דיבור ודיבור מצטרף לחשבון. The telephone teaches that whatever a person says here is heard there.
